Grr!
My phone is dead. It died last night as I was standing outside. Black screen. Refuses to come back to life. I charged it. Nothing. I left it alone for a while. Nothing.
So I went on the website, looked up troubleshooting and found some advice. BUT I CAN'T GET THE BACK OF THE FCKNG PHONE OFF. So I can't take any of their advice. I can only watch the happy video of the fingers pulling the back down and proceeding to attempt to solve the problem. AAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG.
I hate cell phones.

I hope you figure it out. It took me a while to figure out how to open mine, and then I got a new one. I haven't tried dissecting this one... I think I'll do that now! Thanks for the idea.

It sounds like you need a new battery. Buy it from Amazon; they are inexpensive and good.
