The Return of the Sub-Par Tour Guide
I still miss the tiny kitten. Other than that...well. What have I done since Tuesday? Some work I guess. I'm having one of those lulls after the storm. There's like nothing to do, but then I know suddenly there'll be three papers to write and a exam... But it was a pretty dull week. Meetings and stuff.
I FINISHED KNITTING MY FIRST SOCK! Of course, now I have to knit the second...sigh.
Friday was wonderful because my only class got cancelled. So I did laundry, changed my sheets, and cleaned, it was nice to kind of get things in order. I even got some work done. Then Friday afternoon was nice because I actually got to see my Engineer for more than 20 minutes.
Last night was also excellent. I baked cupcakes, and then roomies and I hung out and knitted and watched Over the Hedge-- which I recommend.
Today I woke up, did homework in bed--my new favorite Saturday morning activity. Cleaned more (it's Homecomming and we have McKelvy Alumni coming to tour the house etc, so I don't really want my laundry drying in the middle of the room), went to the gym, and now I'm doing work and blogging... Later I shall eat pancakes, possible make a huge mistake (more on that later today....) and give McK tours! Oh the silliness.
I will keep you posted on that possibly huge mistake.
