Story Time
So here are a couple of interesting experiences I have recently had:
1. I was eating dinner with a group of girls outside of one of our food places, I noticed a sign--a computerized scrolling marquee--sitting in someone's window that said "Peanut Butter Jelly Time." Now peanut butter is a subject very near to my heart, so I mentioned it, we all laughed, and probably pointed, and I may have done a little dance. And then I look at it again and now it is saying "Hi Girls!" So this guy goes on to sort of flirt with us for probably 10 minutes through the medium of this scrolling marquee. We laughed and laughed and laughed.
2. I was mauled by a dog. True story. Although I use mauled in the loosest sense. It mostly ripped my shirt and scared the crap out of me. M. could give you a detailed account, she was on the phone with me when it happened. Anyway. I really am upset about the shirt. But I didn't end up bleeding or anything, so that's good.
The end! (And I lived happily ever after, with my torn shirt).

Sunday Evening
So I should update. Because after being lonely here for a day, I went back home and played with little cousin. I tossed him around, piggy backed him, and dangled him upside down-- we had fun. We even visited Sesame Place.
And now I'm back here, on a lazy Sunday evening, after a pretty lazy weekend. I moved in Friday morning, and was in a really awful mood. I legitimately cried for the first time since freshman year as my dear Mother pulled away. Because I'm sort of back to that same uncertainty, who will I be friends with? And then I'm getting myself all upset about next year, when of course I will be ten million times more alone without the wonderful Carlos. So Friday morning and early afternoon I kept breaking into random boughts of crying. And Carlos was very sweet when I called him on the phone and was basically incoherent. And then I spent the afternoon and evening with him :-D Of course marshmallows were involved, it's a frat house... (you can tell by the grossness of the bathrooms).
So I've cheered considerably since Friday. I'll blame the insane crying, as usual, on the hormones. Saturday I slept fairly late, organized the room a bit (it's huge. I am a bad person for having such a huge room, I should start taking in homeless people or something) and cleaned the radio station with Carlos a little. We ate pizza for dinner due to a Lafayette deal that Papa John's was offering, and then sort of took turns falling asleep.
Today I got up "early" and went to church. And then just to keep it ironic (because walking out of a frat house at 8:30 to be on time for church wasn't enough) I went to brunch at Hillel. Board meeting at 1 for WJRH, then Carlos was kind enough to take me to the grocery store and to buy fans (my room is unlivable at night due to the heat). Now I am enjoying a sandwich I made in my sandwich maker, thinking about baking cookies and getting my stuff together for class tomorrow (gross).
And that's the story of my weekend, if you really read it all you must be as bored as I am...

Lonely
Back at school for a mere day. And semi miserable. No one else is here. And I argued sort of with someone on the phone. And it is 11. So I cannot talk to anyone. And no one is on AIM.

Blueberry Fruit Snacks
La la la. Nothing really going on. Just figured I'd post something not about anagrams or jumbles. Had a nice day--went swimming at my Engineers house. :-D Only 4 more days of work!
What else...what else... mm Still sadly addicted to Greek. Baking for girls night/movie night tomorrow.
When are you coming home K8? I wasn't sure.
Also. I love fruit snacks.
